Technically, humans are classified as Beastkin under the sentient species act and are often referred to as Apelings. Humans tend to be the most plentiful species in Alyria. Seen as the Mass majority, they are easily recognized in the western world as a member of the Sentient Species Protection Act. Humans were once a nomadic species and have the benefit of being able to survive easily in most climates.

Special Features:
- Human Ingenuity: Humans may increase any one of their stats by 1. They may do this again when they reach tier 3.
- Survivalist: Humans have a natural Damage Soak of 20 against non-magical environmental damage. This Damage Soak regenerates after a long rest. Humans also have 1 extra encumbrance slot of each size. 1 large, 1 medium, 1 small, and 1 tiny.
- Healing Factor: Humans can add their physical stat to their healing during a rest.
- Talents of the Nomads: Humans gain one additional talent of their choice. They gain another additional talent every time they advance to a new tier.
